The following terms and conditions govern all access to and use of this Site.
Through User's access of this Site, User accepts, without limitation or
alteration, all of the terms and conditions, contained in these Legal Notices.
Marks
The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the "Marks") appearing on
the Site are registered and unregistered Marks of BailBondsHub and others.
The Site and the information contained therein in no way grant any license or
right to use any Mark displayed on the Site. User is strictly prohibited from
using the Marks displayed on the Site or any other content on the Site, except
as provided in these Legal Notices. BailBondsHub aggressively enforces its
Intellectual property rights, which includes criminal prosecution.
Automatic Renewal, Subscription Changes, and Cancellation
Membership fees automatically renew monthly. A user may request that his membership be cancelled at any time; however, such a cancellation will take effect at the end of the current membership period. Users must provide 24 hours notice, prior to the user's next billing date, of cancellation by sending an email to billing@bailbondshub.com. If a user changes subscription plans in the middle of the current subscription term, the prorated difference, for the remaining amount of time in the current term, will be charged and normal recurring billings will resume on the standard billing date. Membership and use fees vary upon services provided and are subject to change. Current membership and use fees will be posted within BailBondsHub.com.
Refunds
Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management.
Reward Claims
Reward postings created on BailBondsHub.com for assistance in tracking down offenders will not be enforced by BailBondsHub.com. BailBondsHub.com is merely a means to post reward information. All collections of rewards fall under the responsibility of the parties involved, and no disputes will be resolved by BailBondsHub.
Login Sharing
This account may only be used by the individual signed up for and authorized to use the service. Every user’s IP addresses will be logged by the BailBondsHub.com as the user logs in to the website. Sharing of user logins with any person, persons, organizations, or affiliations will be a breach of this agreement and will immediately terminate the user’s ability to access the website and services. Further, depending upon the jurisdiction, such unauthorized access may result in criminal prosecution.
Data Accuracy
BailBondsHub.com is not responsible for the integrity or accuracy of the information contained on the website. BailBondsHub.com is only a warehouse of information and does not guaranty or make any representations concerning the accuracy of any such information contained on the website. BailBondsHub.com displays only public information that facilities have posted on BailBondsHub.com. Further, the user agrees to release and hold harmless BailBondsHub.com for any damages, whether compensatory, consequential, and punitive damages for the user’s or any source’s reliance on such information, whether foreseeable or not foreseeable.
The user agrees to immediately contact and report to a customer support representative at BailBondsHub.com, any accuracy or integrity concerns regarding the data on BailBondsHub.com, so that BailBondsHub.com can take corrective actions.
Data Timeliness
The data presented on BailBondsHub.com originates from facility systems and is updated throughout the day at the discretion of the participating counties. Integrations with facilities have been designed to update BailBondsHub.com data at least every hour. However, facilities control the sending of this data, and BailBondsHub.com is not responsible for any delays or technical issues caused by the facilities or other uncontrollable events. Further, there is no guaranty that BailBondsHub.com’s website will be updated either that frequently or timely.
Alert Notifications
BailBondsHub.com is not responsible for the timeliness or lack of receipt of alert notifications to a user's email or cell phone. BailBondsHub.com will attempt to send system notifications as quickly as possible. However, BailBondsHub.com is not responsible for message delivery times through other email or phone providers. Additionally, many inmates provide or fail to provide aliases and other identifiers, including name spellings, that would have identified them more accurately. The user agrees to release and hold harmless BailBondsHub.com for any damages, whether compensatory, consequential, or punitive damages, whether foreseeable or not foreseeable, for the user’s or any source’s reliance on the alert notifications or attempted alert notifications based on these or any other factors.
To help mitigate message delivery issues, BailBondsHub.com offers an online alert inbox where a copy of all alert messages will reside as soon as the alert is generated. In addition, BailBondsHub.com has been designed to mitigate offender misinformation and clerical errors by matching text patterns in offender names to provide better offender matching.
Maintenance Windows
At some times during the day, the website and application may not be available for use due to routine system maintenance.
Privacy
As stated in our privacy policy, we will not share any information with a 3rd party.
Customer tracking information is private and confidential for each member. This information
will not be shared in any way with other members or companies.
Solicitation
Solicitation or any other illegal act that stems from information gathered by a
user on BailBondsHub.com will be in direct violation of the member terms of
use. We will participate with Sheriff's offices, or any other state or county
agency, in any investigation into solicitation concerns. If the user is found
to have been soliciting business leveraging our service, that user's access to
BailBondsHub.com will be immediately terminated.
Warranty
The user agrees and understands that BailBondsHub.com expressly waives implied warranty, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability and implied warranty of fitness for a particular purposes. Further, the user agrees and understands that BailBondsHub.com makes no express warranties concerning the information contained on the website, the website itself, or an features provided by BailBondsHub.com; and the user expressly waives any such warranties if they are otherwise found to exist.
Disputes
The user expressly agrees that any dispute concerning the services or actions by BailBondsHub.com will be resolved either through BailBondsHub.com’s customer service agent; or, alternatively, through binding arbitration. Such binding arbitration shall proceed in McKinney, Collin County, Texas, pursuant to the rules adopted by the American Arbitration Act. Further, any damage award to the user shall be limited to the actual amount of money paid by the user for services requested from BailBondsHub.com. This is a waiver by the user of important civil court remedies.
Member Conduct
The user agrees not to change, delete, destroy, add, or attempt to change, delete, destroy or add any information to the website. Such activity or attempted activity will be a breach of this agreement and will immediately terminate the user’s ability to access the website and services. Further, depending upon the jurisdiction, such unauthorized access or use may result in criminal prosecution.
The user agrees that he will not replicate any information or communicate any information contained on BailBondsHub.com’s website, including the information, design, or programming, in any form to any source. Such activity or attempted activity will be a breach of this agreement and will immediately terminate the user’s ability to access the website and services and be subject to criminal prosecution.
Although BailBondsHub may from time to time monitor or review discussions,
postings, transmissions, and similar communications on
the Site, BailBondsHub has no obligation to do so. BailBondsHub assumes
no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such
communications or for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission,
falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in
any information within such locations on the Site. The posting or transmitting
of any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous,
inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could
constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense,
give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law is prohibited.
BailBondsHub fully cooperates with any law enforcement authorities or court
order requesting or directing BailBondsHub to disclose the identity of
anyone posting any such information or materials.
Terms of Use Changes
These Legal Notices are subject to revision at any time by an update to this
posting. Such revisions are binding upon any User of this Site. As a result, all
Users should routinely visit this page to review the then current Legal Notices
to which they are bound.
Access from Other Territories
BailBondsHub controls and operates this Site within the
United States of America. BailBondsHub makes no representation that
materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations,
and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is
prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on
their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local
laws. Materials may not be used or exported in violation of U.S. export laws and
regulations. Any claim relating to the materials will be governed by the
substantive laws of the State of Texas excluding its choice of law provisions.
